1. Access to Attendee List
The Attendee List is available exclusively to registered attendees. Access is granted via login using your registered email address.
2. Engagement & Communication
Please note that there is no networking app available for this event, and as such, we are unable to coordinate meeting arrangements or provide designated meeting locations. The Attendee List enables registered participants to view who’s coming, and includes a messaging feature to facilitate direct communication prior to and during the event. Messages will be delivered to the recipient’s email inbox, and responses may be sent by locating the sender’s name or company within the Attendee List.
3. Consent
The list includes only individuals who have given prior consent during registration or have been notified of their inclusion.
4. Amendments or Withdrawal of Consent
To update or withdraw your details, please contact us at registration@webintravel.com. Requests will be processed promptly.
