David, a passionate golfer, has joined AGL to lead the next investment round. AGL, recently selected as a Pre-Unicorn company, is ‘The Golf GDS’ – enabling seamless search, booking, and payment for golf worldwide.
David has deep experience in managing funds, building technology-based companies and business units. He has been involved in various stages of building businesses, recruiting management teams, developing M&A strategies, raising venture capital, managing investments, and running companies as CEO, COO, and Operation Manager.
He brings a unique blend of technology, management, and investment experience, having worked in large companies as well as start-ups and corporate venturing. His career spans projects across IT, Construction, Edutech, Airport Mobile Platforms, Medical Devices, and now Golf.
Guarantable
Dongjoo Lee is the CEO and founder of Guarantable, the company behind MooveTicket, which is a blockchain-based ticketing platform designed to solve long-standing issues in the live event industry such as ticket scalping, forgery, and lack of transparency.
MooveTicket leverages blockchain and smart contract technology to enable secure ticket issuance, verifiable ownership, and rule-based resale.
With offices in South Korea and Singapore, the platform has been successfully commercialized through K-POP concerts and fan events in Korea, Taiwan, Japan, and Singapore.
Its multilingual interface and localized payment integration improve accessibility for global fans, while event organizers benefit from resale price controls, fan benefit tracking, and end-to-end ticketing tools.
With over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, Dongjoo previously served as CTO at a fintech startup and, before that, worked at Samsung SDS as a software architect and data engineer, leading projects in IoT, data analytics, and blockchain.
He is now leading MooveTicket’s regional expansion across Asia and building a next-generation ticketing ecosystem that redefines how fans and live entertainment connect in a digital-first world.
Alicorn, Inc
Minhee Cho is a seasoned tech entrepreneur and the CEO of Alicorn, a company pioneering AI-powered space management solutions across offices, gyms, hotels, and warehouses. He began his startup journey while studying Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Seoul National University, founding his first company in 2005 through the student venture club SNUSV.net.
In 2011, Minhee launched his second company, where he built RocketPunch, now Korea’s largest business social networking platform, and Jibmusil, a leading shared office brand. The company raised over KRW 10 billion in funding and was successfully acquired through M&A.
After the exit, he founded Alicorn to address labor shortages and operational inefficiencies through AI and IoT. Under his leadership, Alicorn has expanded internationally, including a joint venture with Rakuten Group in Japan.
Minhee has served as a panelist at the MIT Global Startup Workshop and is a recipient of the Korea Startup Award by the Korean Government. He is also the author of Growth Hacking – A Guide for the Age of Growth and has mentored entrepreneurs at Seoul National University. Passionate about lifelong learning and discipline, he holds a 4th-degree black belt in Kendo and a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
FAIRPASS
Yoon Ji Choi is the Director and Chief Strategy Officer at FAIRPASS, an event tech startup that provides an integrated solution for event registration, attendee management, badge issuance, self-service kiosks and recyclable paper badge. FAIRPASS connects online and offline processes to enhance user convenience and promote sustainability by streamlining what was once a complex and inefficient workflow.
With over a decade of experience as a PCO (Professional Conference Organizer) in the MICE industry, she contributes to the development of innovative services that improve efficiency in time, budget, and operations. In addition, she is addressing environmental concerns caused by short-term plastic badge waste by introducing and supplying 100% recyclable paper badges to the market.
Yoonji is committed to shaping a more sustainable and efficient future for the event industry through FAIRPASS and is preparing to expand its positive impact from South Korea to the global event market.
