Between March and May 2020, workplaces switched to remote work and meetings went virtual in the biggest mass migration of humanity online. The business events sector has been hard hit and with some form of restrictions expected to still be in place for the short to medium term, conference and meetings organisers have had to adapt and adjust and find new business models.
How is the industry pivoting and executing to survive, and yet stay focused on the deliverables of what makes a successful meeting? Because physical or virtual, what makes an event successful does not change, what changes is the playbook and the how-to. In this session, we dig deep into how to create successful events for the new world.
